Went in a bit ago as some coworkers recommended them; at first i just needed a sub install but my subs ended up being bad so i wanted to come back another day to get new ones; The guys there were some of the funniest dudes and they got the job done on the spot. i 100% recommend them, especially since they got it done that day within the hour. I will be back for more installs as my first choice

Raj and his team are incredible with communication and service! They did a fanastic job installing Apple Car Play in my Honda, troubleshooting my car's factory amp issues with expertise and leaving me with a sublime and affordable car stereo for life after two years of broken silence! Even waiting there was a pleasure - terrific people and technicians, the best in the business!

I’ve been a long time customer of Five Star Audio when Bob was running the store on Warrensville Ctr Rd in Maple Hts. So I have been a customer since the mid to late 80’s. Last year they sold me an alarm for my Monte Carlo and did an excellent job on the install. I recently went to 5 Star to purchase some speakers for my F-150 and put $100 down on my purchase. On 2/14 I got speakers for my truck as a gift from my wife, so I went back to 5 Star to get my money back. The guy managing the store didn’t want to give me my money back and told me that they only could give me store credit. There were no signs posted regarding cancellation of a purchase or return policy. I had no item(s) to return. Before giving them any money discuss cancellation of items to be purchased or purchased items returned. I’m pissed that my money was not refunded. Buyer Beware!
